We have created our 5 Results Day Tips if you may be feeling stressed or anxious.  1- Don't bottle up your feelings- It is always good to talk. If you are feeling stressed or anxious, it's OK. It's a natural emotion to feel. Speak to a family member or a trusted adult if you wish to. But don't bottle it up, it's OK to talk. Even if it's the smallest of things. 2- Get plenty of rest- It's vital you get a good night's sleep in before results day. This will make you feel refreshed for the morning ahead.  3- Don't be alone- Although you might not want your mum or dad or guardian in the results venue, it's important you are with trusted friends or going home to someone after.
