Here at GD Teen Recruitment, we have been contacting/ exposed to some key individuals with lots of experience in the trade of recruitment. 

As a young person myself, I can understand and empathise with young people when they state they may feel overwhelmed about the amount of information they may receive when looking for a job. Or that they may feel overwhelmed about the amount of signposting the education system does within their education setting. 

Therefore, I took the step to reduce all the advice into 4 steps as you can see above. Simplifying 20,000 job searching tips you may find online into 4 memorable key points will help you refine your job search making it the right job for you. 

1) Make use of feedback given- Although many employees don't get feedback until reaching the interview stage, don't ever be afraid to ask what you could do to improve your professional profile. It will only help you in the future. 🗣


2) Make your online presence, present- Using platforms such as LinkedIn will only open up more options for you. LinkedIn has many useful features like 'Open to Work' making it visible to lots of other employers that might just employ you! 💼


3) Be sensible online- Don't let anything embarrassing or stupid stop you getting the job you deserve. You'd be surprised about what employers might find about you online 🌐


4) Utilise your network- You'd be surprised about how many people may be able to help you from your immediate family or friends. Start close to home but also be clear about what you are looking for. Remember, this is your future job so you need to make sure you'll be happy 😁

Because there is only one of me, I have the ability to offer these personalised services unlike any other agency.
